THE LOVE OF BELGIUM
HOW IT STARTED
In 2021 my family and I traveled to Brussels for Summer holiday. Not only did we fall in love with the culture, we also fell in love with one of Belgiams most popular delicacies, The Belgian Waffle. We spent an entire month sampling the most popular Waffle shops Brussels had to offer.
After about a week from returning home our cravings kicked in. We searched everywhere for an authentic Belian Waffle and could not find one anywhere. So we decided to start making them ourselves. In 2022 we flew back to Belgium and met with numerous restaurant chefs on what the secret is to the world famous Belgian Waffle and what makes it taste better.
So after returning home our family made it our mission to take the knowledge from what we learned in Brussels and create the most delicious and authentic Belgian Waffle you can find here in the States to share with all of you. We have spent over a year in the kitchen mastering and capturing the authentic taste of the Belgian Waffle to share with all of you.
